Tasting notes

Rebula is the trademark of the Brda region. Our Rebula has an elegant structure and a lean taste emphasizing freshness.

The taste resembles honey, pears, Linden tree (flower), flowery notes, and little minerality. It’s very adaptable to different dishes. Its semi-light body blends well in the summer days as a refreshing drink.

It pairs well with fish, pasta, and fresh salads. It also goes well with vegetable soup or fresh summer mixed salads.

Vineyard notes

The name of this vineyard is “Pod Cesto'', which in literal translation means under the road. This is an ancient vineyard with an exciting story.

The vines are over 65+ years old, and the rows are very close together. This implies a skilled tractor driver. These spaces are so close together because of the oxen. These vines are still producing exceptional grapes. This Rebula wine is an excellent opportunity to try the vintage taste.

Rebula is a nice refreshing wine. The vintage 2023 is different than the previous years, because of the vintage. This special Rebula is a must-try.
