Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 6 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 2 hours to let you

know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP - Rokovi Wines, Biljana 42c, 5212 Dobrovo v Brdih, Slovenia

Orders can be picked up daily, from 9:00. An email will be sent when your order is ready for

pickup.

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to

shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 30 km of our shop.

If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for

local delivery.

Orders placed before 13:00 during store hours 9:00 - 16:00 will be delivered the next working 

day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered in two business days.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking

information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 1 business day using Post of Slovenia delivery standard is 1 - 3 days. The flat rate shipping fee is 5 EUR and applies to orders shipping to Slovenia. We do not ship outside of Slovenia at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and

displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping is available for orders above 50 EUR within Slovenia.
