The wine-making is focused on balancing the taste with an aim toward the fruity. This is a traditional white dry wine. The exception is the vineyard location and the creamy texture.

Classic Chardonnay, with the difference in roundness. The taste is similar to Ripe fruits, butter, and a little hint of vanilla. Harmonious and delicate, a great wine to be paired with food.

11-13 C let it warm a bit in the glass.
Vineyard notes
The vineyards are on a hill slope with plenty of sun and wind. The vines are grown with sustainable practices. The perfect timing of the harvest gives a wine structure and moderate alcohol.
Production notes
From vines of 30+ years, the production is stable and the calm growth of these middle-aged plants gives a great round taste.
